I noticed today that the "Admin Tools" Menu Item is missing from my ADCE client application.

You must enable the Group Policy setting in order to see the "Admin Tools" menu item
Launch GPMC.MSC
Select the GPO configured for ADCE
Edit the GPO
Expand the Group Policy settings ...
Computer Configuration
\ Administrative Templates
\ SYNERGIX AD Client Extensions
\ Application Settings,
Open the "Admin Tools" policy setting dialog box.
Click on "Enable"
Ensure that the Active Directory security group specified is the security group that contains the computers that have ADCE installed and also, have your domain account as a member
